Refund Policy
Important: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
By enrolling in any Unique Civil course or programme and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following refund policy.
- Non-Refundable Fees: All course fees paid to Unique Civil are generally non-refundable once a payment has been processed and course access has been provided.
- Digital Course Access: Because our training programmes are delivered digitally and course access is provided immediately or within the stated period after payment, the course access provided to students cannot be reversed and therefore may not qualify for refunds.
- Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances explicitly approved by Unique Civil management. See section below for qualifying circumstances.
- Processing Charges: Payment gateway charges, processing fees, and transaction charges are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for partially consumed course content will not be considered.
- Transfer Policy: In lieu of a refund, course credits or programme transfers may be considered at management's discretion.
When a Refund May Be Considered
You may be entitled to a refund only in the following specific circumstances:
- Unassigned Course: If the purchased course has not been assigned to your account within the stated expiration date from your date of purchase, and Unique Civil is unable to fulfill this within a reasonable rectification period.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the exact same course due to a payment gateway error or technical fault on our side.
How to raise a refund request: Email uniquecivil476@gmail.com with your order ID, payment proof, and reason. You may also WhatsApp us at +91 97926 21121. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Unique Civil management and are final.
Unique Civil will not consider refund requests under any other circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, inability to access courses due to the student's own device/internet issues, dissatisfaction after course commencement, or failure to obtain employment after course completion.
